Our team will advise on the best method of payment for your household needs and can quickly set-up or switch your chosen billing plan - easy peasy.
This is the easiest and cheapest way for you to pay for your heat. With direct debit, your bills will be paid on time, without you having to remember to pay.
As a direct debit customer, you can also decide if you want to pay for your actual heat usage month-on-month or spread the cost of your heating bill over the year with set monthly payments - a handy financial cushion when you turn up the heat in winter.
If your payment reflects your actual heat consumption per month, you will be notified via e-mail that your bills are now available to view on your online 95Degrees account. If you are the account holder, you can view your bill, monthly usage and maintain your user details as well as viewing the direct debit payments. Customers who select to pay in equal monthly instalments, will receive a quarterly bill either by post, or electronically, to enable you to manage and monitor your payments online, to suit your individual needs.

Another option available to our customers is to pay for heat upfront using our 95Degrees Pay As You Go account.
As a Pay As You Go customer you will need to put credit onto your account before using your heat. The amount of heat you use will determine the amount and how often you will need to top-up the credit.
We have strived to make topping up your heat credit as quick and efficient as possible, with plenty of ways to apply. You are spoilt for choice.
If you choose to pay for heat upfront using Pay As You Go we will send you a top-up card which can be used at Payzone outlets.
