If you have just moved in to a property serviced by 95Degrees, we welcome you with warm arms. All you need to do to get started with your heat is register with us - a straightforward process where you provide your details and choose your payment method.
If you don't register, and we cannot bill you, we will be forced to disconnect your heating.
If you are moving out, please contact our Customer Services team to provide your forwarding address and five working days notice before your moving date.
You will then need to call us on the day of your move to provide a final read.
From this reading, we will create your final bill that will be delivered to your new office within five working days. If you give us five working days notice of your move but do not call us on the day of your move, we will take a remote meter reading at 12 midnight at the end of the move date you provided.
If your final bill is in credit, the amount will be refunded to you within 10 working days.
In the event that you move out and a new business owner moves in without notifying us, we will calculate the average daily use and use this to determine the amount owed by you and the new customer since the date of the move.
You may also be liable for further charges, as a penalty for not communicating the change in customer.
